The venue is well-maintained, fairly clean and the location is particularly good adjacent to the quieter north shore, whilst still being close enough to the beach for a relaxing walk at the end of the day, and the centre. The atmosphere of the hotel is family. The staff are affable and the room was stocked with 2 bathrooms. Food options are great.

Had nice stay for the price and the weather was lovely. The employees were really friendly and kept it all clean. Truly enjoyed my tastefully decorated room, it was decent size. The location offered was particularly good and magnificent just next door to whilst still being close enough to the beach for a relaxing walk at the end of the day and town centre shops. The full English breakfast was incredible and gorgeous.

The hotel was big size, and the meals were brilliant, I liked the exceptionally nice location short walk to the trams, town centre shops and bars and the north shore, Pier and promenade. The double room was good sized and exceptional, with a hair dryer, an iron, and a dressing table. The bed was nice, and there was a fairly clean bathroom. All the staff was excellent, fixed my issues.

The stay was absolutely really lovely. Luxury spotless hotel and staff was excellent. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Top of Bath Hill bus stop. I had stocked, good sized room with mirrors and shampoo. The breakfast offered lots of brilliant meals. The service was terrific. Besides, I was able to park on street.

I've had a really lovely stay for the price. The hotel was a nice base for enjoying a calm area, just off a quiet area which is perfect for a good night's sleep, whilst still being close enough to the beach for a relaxing walk at the end of the day. The location was exceptionally nice and perfect and the staff members were really helpful. North Shore district was worth staying in. Modern, well-stocked room with bunk beds, everything was very good.
